• We used Krakow Airport Express for both pick up and return to the airport. Our airport to hotel journey was excellent: Michael (English spelling) was waiting for us on our arrival and took us to our hotel in the calm luxury of the Mercedes 8-passenger seated car - plenty of space for four of us. Towards the end of our stay Dominik took us to visit the Salt mines; he waited for us whilst we were on the tour and we were very pleased that he had brought the car to the door of the Salt mine as it was pouring with rain when we came out. Such consideration. Dominick also returned us to the airport. Throughout our dealings with this firm their timekeeping was excellent and their drivers were courteous, considerate, friendly and polite. Without hestitation, we can thoroughly recommend them.

• I would recommend this company to anyone. We pre booked on line to be met at the airport , on time , by an extremely couteous driver. We also had a trip to the Salt mines / Shindlers factory and a return journey to the airport. The drivers are friendly, informatve and very obliging, the vehicles are imaculate Mercedes 8 seaters and the rates competitve, don`t look any further, just book them for your visit.

• I would just like to praise this service that myself and my friend recieved from your company. Especially our driver. Apart from excellent timing, he spend the journey telling us all about the city and where to find food and what sites were avaliable. He kindly carried my friends bags as she has a damaged knee at the moment. The whole service was excellent, clean, roomy van, and safe friendly driver. We would definetly use this company again and will strongly recommend it to anyone.

• Hello from Stockholm, Sweden! I just had to send a big thank you for the excellent service we received from KAE. It's allways a worry travelling with 3 children, but you delivered all the safety and careful driving we could have avsked for. On top of that we had fun and received plenty of useful information on the way to and back from Zakopane. Dominik, I'm going to give you a new middle name "The mailman" because you allways deliver on time. :-) KAE delivers far more than you could expect and is truly a service worth every PLN we spent. • We used this service to transport us from the airport to our hotel and for the return. Excellent service - no complaints at all. Punctual, courteous and good price. Recommend to anyone. • A party of 6 of us visited Krakow end February 2012 and we cannot praise Krakow Airport Express more highly. During our visit we were assigned 2 drivers (for different trips) and both were very courteous and helpful speaking very good English. Special thanks go to Dominik who was very professional, punctual and helpful all round for our visits to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. The company's pricing was competitive and extremely good value. Would most definitely use the company again for our next visit to Krakow, a city overflowing with character.

• We visited beautiful Krakow in September 2011. Friends recommended using Krakow Airport Express and we were not disappointed. Waiting at the Airport for us was a very tall, friendly and courteous gentleman driver whose English was excellent. From the outset he made us very welcome and was so informative, interesting and so knowledgeable on Poland and Krakow in particular. A credit to Krakow Airport Express. We booked a tour to Auschwitz and to the Salt Mines with him at a very reasonable price for two passengers in a Mercedes car. He was at our hotel on time the next day and stayed with us throughout the day until evening, excellent value for money and again so interesting. I have to say that was the best day of our holiday in Krakow, one which we would recommend to anyone visiting, for the level of service and information. The car was always clean and comfortable and our driver was THE BEST. One visit to Krakow is not enough. Dominic was our first and last point of contact for our trip to Zakopane and made us all feel very welcome and special. • " this is just a quick note to say that my daughter and i have just got back from a very successful trip to krakow the enjoyment of this was largely due to your driver dominic sorry if spelling is wrong. he was ready and waiting at the airport and took us to aushwitz and made sure that we got in okay and really looked after us.He drove really well and we had a very comfortable ride.He returned to collect us from the hotel yesterday to take us back to the airport.
