Flight was delayed by over an hour arriving in Krakow and no issue with driver still waiting and no extra charge. Very nice clean, comfortable vehicles on both trips. • We used the services from the airport to downtown Krakow. Taxi was booked for 11.15am. We arrived prior to 11am. We were greeted by a very pleasant driver who introduced himself, (never had that before and we’ve travelled a lot), who apologised for being late when he wasn’t and we were early. Very polite curtious service and a very clean Mercedes car which was a bonus. A painless excellent introduction to our trip. Could recommend highly enough.

• We booked KAE for airport transfers and the Zakopane tour, based on a friend's recommendation. Matthew and Lucas were our drivers. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough for their professionalism and service. Most of all it was the excellent care they took of us following an accident I had at the hotel. Lucas was very kind and thoughtful. Should I return to Krakow I will not hesitate to book KAE again.

• I am the MD of a fairly large business in the UK with four offices. I only mention this for context so the reader can appreciate I deal with many suppliers. Up until recently I had the view that Microsoft offered the best customer service levels. I have found a company with even higher levels of customer service… Krakow Airport Express!!!! Wow, what an amazing company to deal with. I used them for four different bookings during my stay at Krakow. From booking the service to the actual service itself…..perfection. Totally professional to standards most companies can’t get close to. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the service (airport transfert and private salt mine and Auschwitz tour). • BRILLIANT. Why use anyone else? Trip to Krakow with four other friends last week. Dominik Kazmierczak was extremely reassuring via email and when we arrived we got the full service. Punctual, extremely polite and pleasing drivers (Pavel, Matthew and Dominik himself). Transfers to and from airport were a joy and not a slog. Vehicles are luxury and very reasonably priced. Especial thanks to Matthew who took us to Auschwitz. He had lots of hanging around to do when were were on the tour but he was still smiling and chatting away informing us about various things many hours later. It's a no brainer when we go back to Krakow. We will most definitely use Domink and the guys!!

• I booked K.A.E for our party of 6 when we visited Krakow 22/11/14 After reading reviews on the internet. As I own a company operating the same service in the North West of England, My expectations were high, I cannot praise them highly enough for the courtieous, professional service the company and drivers gave us. • The safety was number one priority for me when I was searching for a transport from Katowice Airport to Krakow as the trip was taking place during midnight. My daughter and I were driven home safely. I was nicely surprised with comfortable and spacious car but especially with professionalism, courtesy and reliability of Dominik. • We used Krakow Airport Express for both pick up and return to the airport. Our airport to hotel journey was excellent: Michael (English spelling) was waiting for us on our arrival and took us to our hotel in the calm luxury of the Mercedes 8-passenger seated car - plenty of space for four of us. Towards the end of our stay Dominik took us to visit the Salt mines; he waited for us whilst we were on the tour and we were very pleased that he had brought the car to the door of the Salt mine as it was pouring with rain when we came out. Such consideration. Dominick also returned us to the airport. Throughout our dealings with this firm their timekeeping was excellent and their drivers were courteous, considerate, friendly and polite. Without hestitation, we can thoroughly recommend them.

• I would recommend this company to anyone. We pre booked on line to be met at the airport , on time , by an extremely couteous driver. • I would just like to praise this service that myself and my friend recieved from your company. Especially our driver. Apart from excellent timing, he spend the journey telling us all about the city and where to find food and what sites were avaliable. • A party of 6 of us visited Krakow end February 2012 and we cannot praise Krakow Airport Express more highly. During our visit we were assigned 2 drivers (for different trips) and both were very courteous and helpful speaking very good English. Special thanks go to Dominik who was very professional, punctual and helpful all round for our visits to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. The company's pricing was competitive and extremely good value. • We visited beautiful Krakow in September 2011. Friends recommended using Krakow Airport Express and we were not disappointed. Waiting at the Airport for us was a very tall, friendly and courteous gentleman driver whose English was excellent. From the outset he made us very welcome and was so informative, interesting and so knowledgeable on Poland and Krakow in particular. A credit to Krakow Airport Express. We booked a tour to Auschwitz and to the Salt Mines with him at a very reasonable price for two passengers in a Mercedes car. He was at our hotel on time the next day and stayed with us throughout the day until evening, excellent value for money and again so interesting. I have to say that was the best day of our holiday in Krakow, one which we would recommend to anyone visiting, for the level of service and information. The car was always clean and comfortable and our driver was THE BEST. One visit to Krakow is not enough. • this is just a quick note to say that my daughter and i have just got back from a very successful trip to krakow the enjoyment of this was largely due to your driver dominic sorry if spelling is wrong. he was ready and waiting at the airport and took us to aushwitz and made sure that we got in okay and really looked after us.He drove really well and we had a very comfortable ride.He returned to collect us from the hotel yesterday to take us back to the airport. I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure to have met him very polite and courteous at all times. If i ever return to poland i shall certainly be using your services again.
